Sole Trader
There is not a lot a sole trader has to display; the
business name, a personal name and the business
address on forms and letterheads.
Partnership
Partnerships must include details on more
documentation; letterheads, receipts, order forms and
invoices. The information to be shown includes the names
of all of the partners and the address of the main office. If
the list is broad then a link to where the directory of
partners is found would also be acceptable.
Limited Company
With regard to Limited Companies, all letterheads and
order form stationery, including electronic versions will
need to display the full registered company name, the
company registration number and place of registration,
the company registered address and the address of its
place of business, if different.
